We guarantee the perfect fit! If your tuxedo doesn't fit when it arrives, we offer free alterations at any of our partner locations nationwide. Simply bring your tuxedo to a partner location, and we'll adjust it to fit you perfectly. If alterations aren't possible, we'll send you a replacement at no charge. We want you to look amazing!

Your tuxedo will arrive 14 days before your event date, giving you plenty of time to try it on and make any necessary adjustments. We ship via expedited delivery with tracking, so you'll know exactly when to expect your order. If you need it sooner, rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Returning is incredibly easy! Your order includes a prepaid return shipping label. Simply pack your tuxedo back in the original garment bag, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location (UPS, FedEx, USPS). You have 3 days after your event to return it. No dry cleaning is required - we handle all cleaning professionally.

Absolutely! You can make changes to your order up to 21 days before your event date. This includes changing sizes, colors, styles, or accessories. Simply log into your account or contact our concierge team at (555) 123-4567. Changes made within 21 days of your event may incur rush fees, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Minor wear and tear is expected and fully covered at no charge. For added peace of mind, we offer optional damage protection for $25 that covers most accidental damage including stains, tears, and missing buttons. Without protection, significant damage may incur repair fees. We'll always communicate costs upfront before charging.

Yes! We specialize in wedding parties and group events. Groups of 5 or more receive 15% off, and the groom's rental is FREE when you have 6+ groomsmen. We'll assign you a dedicated coordinator to manage measurements, fittings, and delivery for your entire party. Contact us for custom group packages.

Absolutely! If you fall in love with your rental, you can purchase it at a discounted price. We'll credit your rental fee toward the purchase. Just contact us before your return date. Keep in mind that purchasing is best if you attend 4+ formal events per year - otherwise, renting is much more economical.

We understand that plans change. Cancel 30+ days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations 15-29 days out receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but you can transfer your rental to a new event date within 12 months at no charge.
