Standard Rental Period
A typical rental period is 5-8 days total:
- Pickup: 3 days before your event (recommended)
- Event: Your special day
- Return: 2 days after your event (recommended)
Flexible Options: You can adjust pickup and return days during checkout to fit your schedule. Pickup can be 2-5 days before, and return can be 1-3 days after your event.

Damage Policy
Normal Wear & Tear
Expected and acceptable at no charge:
- Minor wrinkles from wearing
- Light scuffs on shoes
- Small pulls in fabric
- Deodorant marks
Chargeable Damage
Fees apply for:
- Stains (makeup, food, wine)
- Tears or rips in fabric
- Missing buttons or accessories
- Permanent alterations
Protection Tip: We offer optional damage protection for $15-25 per item, covering most accidental damage.
Late Return Policy
Late Fees
Need More Time?
Contact us before your return date to extend your rental. Extensions are subject to availability and additional rental fees.
Return Hours
Mon-Fri: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 6pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
Cancellation Policy
Date Changes: You can change your rental dates free of charge if we have availability. Contact us at least 48 hours before pickup.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals to protect against damage or late returns.
Refund Timeline
Important: Damage or late return fees will be deducted from your security deposit before refund.
