Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time
- Rental items are prepared 24-48 hours before your event date
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- Washington D.C.
- APO/FPO addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes for express or next-day delivery. International shipping is not available at this time.
Common Shipping Questions
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it
Check with neighbors, building management, or any household members who may have accepted the package. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered when they're still in transit. If you still can't locate your package after 48 hours, contact our support team.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can change your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update the address before it ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international markets in the future.
